Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Galaxie Skate Center LLC website, web app, and related online services (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access, or use it in any way that could harm Galaxie Skate Center, our guests, or others.

Online food orders

• Food orders placed through the Site are pay at the counter when you pick them up. Placing an order is a request that is not final until confirmed and prepared by our staff.
• Prices, items, and availability are shown as accurately as possible but may change and may contain errors. The price charged at pickup is the current in-store price.
• We may decline, cancel, or limit any order — for example, if an item is unavailable or the kitchen is closing.
• Food allergies & preparation. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Whether dining out or preparing food at home, consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Please tell staff about any allergies before ordering.

Party & event reservations

Reservation requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed until we accept them and confirm availability. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to book and reserve a private party. The deposit goes toward your total bill, but in the event of a no-show or cancellation without 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits can be made in person at the rink, or sent to phil@galaxieskatecenter.com via PayPal. Please include the date, time, and a phone number where we can reach you.

Conduct at the rink

Use of our facility is subject to our posted rules and safety guidelines. Galaxie Skate Center is a drug, alcohol, and tobacco free property. Guests who repeatedly disrupt, make threats, or fight may be ejected without a refund and may be suspended or permanently banned from the property.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Galaxie Skate Center and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galaxie Skate Center LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galaxie Skate Center LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
